An great method for producing loose sheets to a durable binding with no stitching.

Bring A4 printed matter. I will bring endpapers, boards and cloth to suit.

Examples – assorted recipes, downloaded manuals, instructions, family tree, University Thesis, anything that has been printed on A4 paper.

I expect you should complete at least 1 book so bring a couple of projects if possible. The first project books will need to be CLEAN A4 sheets. 3 – 20mm for square back and 18 - 40mm thickness which can be rounded and backed. So if you could bring one in each range you will experience both methods.

 Single sheet books 2

You can bring other size books that are ‘perfect bound’ – single sheets glued with a thermoplastic,  paperbacks, manuals, magazines ect. And if time permits you may be able to bind with my jigs and complete at home.

This is a beginners workshop subsidised by the Guild, and requires a minimum of 6 participents to proceed.

Cost is $70.00 plus  $10.00 materials payable on the day.

Registration essential registration closes 3 August 2019 . Register at the tab on right side bar.
